finished new burp cloths. thrifted 50's iorn-on baby patterns embroidered with some goldie floss among other colors. can't help to make it a little baby-girlie-ish but still boy. just loved how they turned out.

so many fun baby things to make, so little time to make them. only have 2 weeks left? I am having the best time making the most of it for my last new little one.

the crochet booties are of course p&co, my original designs. and the denim booties? a DIY over at prudentbaby.com. go check it out. they turned out so cute. and the BABY MOCS? to die for. just wanted some so bad and I had the leather so I just could justify buying them. so I made a pattern and sewed them on my old, old singer. and they are my FAV. new baby totally coming home from the hospital in style.

my school boy.

so, naschie is loving little thinkers preschool. has the best and most kind teacher in the world and can't wait to go three times a week. these picts of his first day just makes me beam with pride. congrats to my naschie boy. you are so big.

palmer bear lake weekend.

it was so nice and breezy. the boys loved every minute of it.

can't believe my boy is this old! so happy to see him love his school and teacher. he is so big. congrats my jaxie.

birthday surprises.

so, it's my birthday AGAIN and the only good thing about being in my thirties is the gifts. and they were so good this year. and the actually day isn't until the 7th, but that is my Naschie's first day of school so I got to party this weekend. so fun.

so we went to Ophir on saturday and just hung out. it made me so happy to see my boys just as interested and dirty and excited to be at the cabin as I was when I was little. and we go every year for my birthday and I just love it. totally look forward to it every year.

so to the gifts. my pixie mysteriously stopped working on friday afternoon and so I emailed my sprint tech, daddy, to fix it. but he didn't do anything until he got home and handed me a pink poka-dot gift bag. he said he got all pink for me, and the card too. just beamed. and inside? an EPIC. just the nicest phone sprint has to offer. so loved it. so I was surprised at that since we had been shopping around for a nikon camera. and I got that TOO later that night. so it was a really big birthday for a momma with a really big baby belly. can't wait to take picts and talk on my new phone.

early halloween.

so halloween is coming early this year to our house. well, I guess just lasting longer. we are thinking hard about what we want to be and working just as hard to get our decorations up before new baby boy comes.
